To further promote the cultural development of Hongjiu Company and actively carry out the "Learning Hongjiu Employee" creation activity, on the afternoon of April 10, Hongjiu Bio meticulously organized a meaningful training session—a PPT and video special training on "AI Empowerment: From Tool Mastery to Efficiency Revolution." This training was jointly participated in by Huinan Company and Dalian Company, with more than 30 Hongjiu employees attending the training session.

This training was lectured and shared by Wang Jian, the head of the Equipment Department. Using the application of popular AI tools such as DeepSeek in work as the theme, he cleverly combined theory with the actual work of Hongjiu Company. The training content was diverse, covering three parts: "theoretical explanation + case demonstration + practical exercises." In the theoretical explanation section, he analyzed the basic principles and application logic of AI tools; in the case demonstration section, through vivid examples, employees intuitively felt the powerful functions and practical skills of AI tools such as DeepSeek in official document writing, PPT production, and data statistics; in the practical exercise stage, employees personally experienced the efficiency transformation brought about by AI technology, and the atmosphere on site was enthusiastic and lively.
During the training, the key demonstration focused on how to ask effective questions when using AI tools and how to track and improve relevant work results, allowing the trainees to gain a lot.

Trainees all said that this training was like a timely rain, providing high guidance and timeliness on how to use artificial intelligence to improve work efficiency and service levels, and providing a new way of thinking for future work.
